SQ-verified sellers
Sellers must pass Seller Qualification (SQ) checks — identity, business and quality verification through EHB's PSS system — before they can list products. Each seller carries an SQ level badge so buyers know exactly who they're dealing with.
Qualified products
Listings are reviewed and badged (Verified / Pending / Unverified) so you can shop with confidence. Verified products have passed quality and authenticity checks.
Buyer protection
Secure checkout, order tracking and a clear returns process protect every purchase. If something goes wrong, our support team is here to help resolve it.
