Return window
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Go to My Orders, open the order, and select Request Return. Tell us what went wrong and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, personal-care items and custom orders may not be eligible for return. Check the product page for details.
