1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GoSellr you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable EHB platform policies.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts are managed through your EHB identity.

3. Orders & payments

All orders are subject to seller acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use GoSellr for any unlawful purpose, to sell prohibited items, or to circumvent the SQ verification process.

5. Limitation of liability

GoSellr and EHB Technologies provide the platform on an "as is" basis and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
